“A very nice light roasted coffee. Strong citrus flavour, orange and apple and some floral notes as well and some berries on the nose. I think that this would be appealing to anyone who likes African coffees, or even light roasts more generally.
I brewed on Chemex which was a little muted but still a very light mouthfeel and probably could take a milk if you like. This would also be good as espresso but would be very juicy and probably a bit of a challenge.”
