“New to the fresh roasted market I contacted Rounton for their recommendation for suitable coffee for making Flat Whites with an Espresso machine.
Daybreak was their suggestion so I ordered 1kg and picked it up the next day.
Once dialled in the results are amazing. The mid roast beans give a rich, deep crème which is silky smooth almost oily as it settles in the cup after extraction.
The taste is exactly like the tasting notes suggest, dark chocolate and Treacle.
It’s a well balanced, rich and robust Coffee with enough chocolate sweetness to make it superb to drink with or without Milk.”
