Panadol Nightpain is a dual action medication used to treat night-time pain. It contains paracetamol, which is a painkiller, and diphenhydramine, which is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness. Both work together to allow the patient to have both a good nights sleep and treat the cause of their pain. This can include headaches, migraines, backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, period pain and toothache.

“I have an auto immune condition and part of that is experiencing high levels of pain and it is usually heightened when I am relaxing and this can inhibit my sleep, these tablets relieve the pain in 15-20 minutes enough for me to fall asleep.”
