Dymista is a nasal spray which contains a steroid called beclometasone, that helps to reduce inflammation in the nose that is caused by pollen and open up the airways to make breathing easier. It also contains azelastine, an antihistamine which blocks receptors that cause symptoms of an allergic reaction, reducing the symptoms of hay fever.
