I asked for a sample first and the colour chart provided buy Paint direct was way out not just a slight differance. very different. when i wrote to address this they din not acsept that the colour chart was wrong but referenced the salodin chart that was right. they should of at least apoligised if not returned the £8 for the sample. I would of let this go but they failed to reply to my last email. you need to correct your colour chart and acsept that its very out.”
