“The coat is beautiful but the sizing is shocking. I have bought several Pachamama jackets, all sized small. The majority are the perfect size, apart from one which was more like a medium fit, This coat however was definitely an extra small. It fitted nowhere near me so I gave it to my friend who is a 6-8, and it was perfect.
I know there is a disclaimer on the site stating sizes can differ but this was ridiculously small. Because return postage is not free, it’s making me wary about future purchases as it’s difficult to know if a garment will fit unless it can be tried on first. Also there wasn’t any paperwork informing me how to send it back, it was just in a bag with nothing else.
I absolutely love Pachamama garments, but the sizing definitely needs sorting out, apart from that they are amazing garments, very warm and bring lots of compliments.”
