I was undecided which size to buy, small or medium, so I rang them, spoke with a very understanding lady who told me that she'd look at the available sweaters and find one which would fit me well but still leave room for layering underneath. This is possible as they are handmade so vary a little within each size. The sweater she sent was just what I wanted. So, extremely good service as well as a very cosy cardigan.”
