“Lovely lightweight knit, soft wool. I needed to wash it before wearing as it smelt a bit sheepy. At least I know it's pure virgin wool I'm wearing! It's now sweet smelling and hand washes well, even though dry cleaning is recommended. As a hand spinner I know how to handle raw wool and know not to put it anywhere near a washing machine.”
