“Have ordered a number of hats from you in the past and they have been excellent and true to the picture shown. However, on this occasion, the colour was not as far as I am concerned as shown in your ad. I have shown the hat to a number of people and they agree that it is not as shown in your advert. I did contact you concerning this and had a response saying sorry please return the hat and you would cover costs. No effort was made to address the concerns I had raised and the tone of the email was very dismissive. I have come to expect better service from you and I am extremely disappointed that you did not deem it appropriate or acceptable to review my concerns and give provide feedback. I feel let down by your service.”
