“Lots of plus points on this chair. Assembly instructions, nuts & bolts and essential tools were all provided and clearly identified. Good range of seat back adjustments. The seat itself is thick and comfortable. Overall, this chair offers good support. The final slice of the cake was sitting down on the assembled chair and realizing how much more comfortable it was than the old one I used before.”

“Comfortable chair once assembled and adjusted to fit. The armrests pivot whih i didnt realise (id prefer fixed) and I found the headrest difficult to slide back and forward ultimately having to totally dismantle the spring mechanism to get it to go back - once i did though the chair is all set up and pretty comfy.”

Great to hear that you are all set up in the Expert 24 mesh office chair and you are finding it nice and comfortable. It has lots of adjustments so it can fit almost anyone. It does have multi-directional arm pads that slide and pivot, although I've noticed that we don't specify what the pads actually do! We'll add that information to the product to improve it. “Adjustable height, seat slide, back arch angle, back height, tilt, strength of tilt, apart from the seat tilt forward option. This chair has it all! Mesh back is fab, good back support. The cushion is not mesh which is what I wanted and it's comfy and won't strangle your leg after hours of sitting. It's a 24 hour chair. I used it 18 hour solid past few days. It says what it does on the tin. Welldone office boffin.”
