“I don't know if it's luck or placebo but when ever I have taken one of these shots before my workout, my quadricep tendonitis has been non existent. I was skeptical if they would work but so far so good. Make sure you buy the tropical flavour as the raspberry flavour (without trying to sound too disgusting) tastes like drinking a bottle of blood. It's very metallic tasting. The tropical is tolerable.”

“Using to help a knee injury, tastes great and easy just to have a quick shot after a workout. So far it seems to be helping recovery so highly recommend it. Couldn't find anything else as high quality (and batch tested) at a good price point, and targeted at injury/muscle recovery (rather than collagen designed for improving skin)”

“So far so good.. Chronic (athletics & football) Knee pain which shows some improvement after taking... Only taken 6 daily shots so far, so will continue and hope the effect is compounded :)”
