“I wouldn't be without these collagen shots now. I've taken two a day since fully rupturing my ACL eight weeks ago; I had surgery five days ago and the surgeon said my hamstring tendon replacement is very strong and healthy tissue - I'm sure due to the daily double shots I've taken alongside a good diet etc. Recovery is going very well so far, I'll be sticking to two a day for a good few weeks and then drop to maintenance of one a day. Won't be without them now! Taste best when fresh out the fridge!”

“Arrived on time (next day). It's a sweet taste. Quite syruppy in texture. Taste is better than I thought it would be. Very easy to down. It's a lot of protein and collagen for just two quick sips. So nice and efficient if you don't want a big shake. Don't know if it's "working". Just coming out of ACL reconstruction and a meniscus repair. Hoping these help me recover quickly!”

“Post spine surgery I was recommended to take these along with other supplements. I'm not saying these have been the key to my recovery but everything combined has got me back to running in 6 weeks. Easy to take and use, don't taste too horrible either. Top tip - keep them in the fridge.”
