“Using to help a knee injury, tastes great and easy just to have a quick shot after a workout. So far it seems to be helping recovery so highly recommend it. Couldn't find anything else as high quality (and batch tested) at a good price point, and targeted at injury/muscle recovery (rather than collagen designed for improving skin)”
