“I don't know if it's luck or placebo but when ever I have taken one of these shots before my workout, my quadricep tendonitis has been non existent. I was skeptical if they would work but so far so good. Make sure you buy the tropical flavour as the raspberry flavour (without trying to sound too disgusting) tastes like drinking a bottle of blood. It's very metallic tasting. The tropical is tolerable.”
