“I recently injured my achillies tendon and sprained my ankle through sports and have been using the product during my rehabilitation process for just over 2 weeks. Whilst my diet has been healthy, I found it difficult to include foods with high amounts of collagen stored. The collagen shot is a great alternative and acts as a supplement to your meals. I have been taking x2 per day and have seen great improvement in my mobility. Overall, an excellent product for those with tendon issues or going through injuries.”
