“I started taking these collagen shots post ACL reconstruction. It’s tricky to isolate whether these shots are to thank but so far my rehab and progress is doing really well! Ive also never had such good skin and hair before! I take one a day at the moment around lunchtime. I like both flavours but the tropical one is probably my fave.”

“Highest collagen amount per serving i could find online. Using it to try and help with repair of my Achilles tendon after a freak sandboarding accident lead to the tendon being cut straight through. Tastes good and easy to drink.”
