“Definitely helps hydrate before and after workouts and gives extra energy to go that bit further, really impressed with the product, as all Nutrition X products so far. Tastes really nice too (berry flavour). I also used this to recover after being unwell and I think it helped speed up my recovery (certainly how I felt/energy levels).”
