“Easy to order, quick to arrive, so very good service. I can’t say I have noticed any great difference using this but I’m sure it’s helping my body be less stressed when I train! When I next compete will be the real test. I fence and keeping hydrated can be difficult as you sweat so much wearing such a lot of kit. I’m not massively keen on the flavour a bit strong but I have started using it a bit more dilute than recommended because I don’t feel I need it quite as strong any way in normal sessions.”

“Very good for pre/post workout, I personally use it post for recovery. I however did order the wrong product, once I realised, I looked into the hydraulic isotonic and it's very good.”
