“I love these hydration tablets as you need very little water with them. Other brands hydration tablets require 500ml which is a lot of water to be carrying on a run, weighing you down, not to mention the need to get rid of so much water when you have nowhere to go. They also taste great, both the berry ones and the apple and mango flavoured.”

“Apple and mango is a good flavour but is not concentrated enough in comparison to the blackcurrant flavour. Would be 5/5 if this was better”
