“Due to a busy work schedule and often forgetting to drink water I have been taking Hydra+. It has always helped with my hydration levels through out the day. During a busy daily schedule i know that when I do have the opportunity to train I can do with confidence knowing that hydration levels are where they should be. I use both flavours, which unlike many other supplements, taste great”
