“Really reliable high quality source of electrolytes. The tablets dissolve better than almost all other electrolyte products I’ve tried. Flavour wise all of them are great, I usually have blackcurrant as personal preference but the other flavours are top as well (orange basically tastes identical to a certain very well known isotonic sports drink…). I always have 1 serving in the morning to help set me up for the day and avoid any dehydration from the day before (I often train in the evenings so it’s difficult to rehydrate fully before bed) and an extra serving for intense training sessions or even just an afternoon boost! Definitely can tell a difference in mental function when I have/haven’t had them.”

“These taste great. They dissolve very quickly and are perfect for drinking throughout the day. I particularly like them as you only need 200ml of water to dissolve them in, whereas other brands you need 500ml of water to dissolve their hydration tablets into which is less than ideal when you're heading out for a long run and don't know where you're going to find a toilet.”
