We can only apologise regarding one of the items you purchased being out of stock. We try to keep stock levels as accurate as possible, but on rare occasions, some products may inaccurately display current stock levels.
In regards to your refund, it was issued as soon as your reply was seen verifying that you would like to proceed with the rest of your order. Unfortunately, it looks like you weren't made aware that the refund was issued. It can take up to 5 working days for your bank account to process the payment and it be visible on your statement.
Again, we can only apologise for the lack of communication and we'll make sure this doesn't happen again in the future.
