“Very good at what they do. Don't work instantly, but when they kick in, they really do reduce swelling and arthritic pain. Combined with another painkiller (*not* an NSAID - paracetamol and/or codeine is better) I've had about 48-60 hours without disabling pain, which is a blessed relief.”
