“Recieved a different brand to what is shown in picture. Box and company is different to what was advertised and I ordered no flavour medicine for my son. Once I got is peach flavour and different box. Didn't want alternative.”

You placed an order using one of our generic product pages, meaning that whichever brand is currently stocked is sent out.
If a specific brand/flavour is required, a request needs to be placed in the order notes section during checkout. The product page also has a disclaimer under the medication image that brands may vary and to please make us aware of any specific requests.
As we didn’t receive any instructions with your order, the available stock at the time was sent out.
