“Product was fine, one of the cheaper (but not the cheapest) options available. Ordered on Thursday morning, paid extra for next-day delivery thinking "what a convenient world we live in". Needed to verify my details over email, shipped out on Friday eventually. Delivery postponed to Monday, one-hour time slot, driver knocked once and sped off before I could say "coming", collected at the corner shop instead on Tuesday.
Good thing I didn't need it urgently, and good thing I work from home. Will order again, but will never pay extra for next day delivery from this company.”
