“I asked for Pinewood version, it went into my basket and then they sent me a different brand. Wouldn’t help me exchange! Very very disappointed. They should at least tell you if the brand is not available before sending alternate as they don’t do returns. Wouldn’t be able to purchase again as they wrote to me saying that they are allowed to send alternate if the product I asked for wasn’t available. This was of operating still gets them a sale. Not fair on the public. At least give us another option to choose or go to another provider.”

What you had ordered was the generic version of this medicine, and we have a clear disclaimer saying that brands may vary and to contact us for specific brands. As you did not inform us that you required the pinewood brand, the one that we had readily in stock was sent out. Please understand that we did not substitute the medicine for another because we did not have sufficient stock, we sent the correct medicine as to what was ordered and we can source the Pinewood brand if requested.
There are many different brands and manufacturers of this medicine, and we would not be able to list each individual one. This is why we sell it generically and show a disclaimer underneath the display picture explaining so.
Had you informed us that you required the pinewood brand, following our two prompts on the website to do so, we would have been able to supply the pinewood brand for you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you requesting the specific brand, and therefore, we were unaware of your requirement.
