“Works great for those nights when you are tossing and turning. Also great for motion sickness. I get motion sickness whenever I am on the bus or train and have to face backwards.”
“I'm taking them for insomnia. It takes about an hour to fully kick in for me but not long after I lie down to sleep in out like a light and sleep undisturbed most of the night. Only issue is I feel a bit groggy the next morning so I recommend taking them early on the evening to avoid this”
