All of our generic medicines display a disclaimer underneath the product image stating that brands may vary. If a specific brand is required, you can either contact us via email or phone, or when placing your order, you can leave a note specifying the brand you require.
If there is no record of communication with the patient, we send out whatever brand we currently have in stock.
