“I find that if I take a tablet a few hours before bedtime it definitely helps me drift off to sleep.
If I leave it too late if doesn’t seem to have the same effect. It seems to be about timing. It does make you feel a little drowsy in the mornings though but I can cope with that, for someone who suffers badly with insomnia it certainly helps and I would rather take this product then prescribed medication if I can avoid it - so far so good!”
