“I live with ADHD and therefore sleep can be an issue. I do not use these every night. Only on nights when I feel my brain will not shut down and they are useful. There is no cure for an overactive brain, but these are a nice, helpful shut-off for more difficult nights. Being a pack of 56, these will last me ages.”
