Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Dog light is amazingly bright. Would have helped if instructions told you to hold on switch on for 2seconds to operate. Helpful assistance from office quickly sorted problem.”

“If you’re thinking of getting a light for the darker months, buy this. Fits perfectly to the Ruffwear harness and doesn’t distract the dog. Ours is in the sea daily, and it still works perfectly. Very bright light, easy to clip on and off. Really like the fact you can choose between 3 colours and modes.”

“I bought two of these lights. They are very bright and the charge lasts a long time. My only criticism is the fixing to the ruff wear harness is not adequate if you have active dogs. I fitted a caribiner on to the light and then on to the back hooks on the harness, this has prevented the lights being stripped off when my dogs go through the undergrowth. There have been two occasions now where the lights have come off the light fixing and been saved from being lost due to the carabiners. It’s a shame that Ruff wear have not resolved this easy fix hence why my 4 stars. I would recommend this product but don’t rely on the harness/ collar fixings.”
