Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Brilliant harness for my whippet pup! 1st escape proof harness I've found & sizing means it'll still fit him when fully grown so good value in the long run. Excellent quality & very lightweight”

“I’m really pleased with the fit of the Flagline on my whippet as the ‘extra’ waist strap makes it escape proof! The harness is very easy to put on/take off with no stepping into it and the handle is an added bonus. It also allows for freedom of movement and is not cumbersome in any way.”

“Really happy with lightweight and sturdy design. My young whippet will not be escaping this one, she took to it straight away with no issues. Like this design much better than webmaster. Only one hole to poke head through, then just clip remaining four fastenings. No trying to bend a long leg through a second hole.”

“This is s brilliant harness and so far escape proof by Madam Houdini aka Ruby, our Staffie /Jack Russell/ any other breed possibly rescue dog. She doesn't want to run away - but she does want to run to cats or v small furry dogs! She could dip her head and compress her chest in other harnesses we have tried but not this one! The addition of the sturdy handle on the back is also excellent as she can't run when she hasn't got her feet on the floor! We were recommended this by the customer service guy at MD - Will. Just cannot recommend him, the harness or Mountain Dog highly enough. Thanks.”
