Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“This is really nice. Great colours, good sturdy materials, easy to put on and take off, and seems like it should last well. We've already used this harness several to lift our 25 kilo dog up a ledge human shoulder height and she seemed comfortable while being lifted. Because it's quite lightweight, she can also run around in it without overheating.”

“This is a great fitting harness for our border collie. She’s a bit of an escape artist so the restraint handle on the back is ideal if we need to grab her quickly. It’s also really useful if we need to lift her over styles on walks and the longer profile adds to the support when lifting her. The extra lead attachment points are really useful too.”

“Love the harness but the size is way off. Have a small slim whippet too the measurements as instructed but after 3 orders & 4 exchanges he’s ended up in a medium.. Mountain Dog were brilliant with the customer service can’t fault them.”

“This is our first harness and we wanted something versatile so the three loops were perfect for all scenarios. Did watch the youtube video on how to fit which was really useful and informative but highly recommended for running, walking and training classes,”
