Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Great harness, love the colour. A little difficult to get it fitted on properly but once it is on my dog seems comfortable while walking and swimming. The front clip gives me so much more control over her and really diminishes her ability to pull.”

“Purchased 2 of these in the correct size for my Lurcher dogs, unfortunately after 2 wears it has caused blisters on both of their armpits on each side. Unusable.”

Hi Emily, very sorry to hear you have had this happen. We are confident that the Ruffwear sizing guide on our website 100% accurate. We do however understand that not all dogs are the same shape and size. It does sound like these are not the best fitting option for your dogs. “There are a lot of harnesses for sale on the market. I wanted a reliable one so I could start running with my GSP. Really pleased with the quality and sizing. I chose a medium which fits nicely. The fitting guide is very detailed and worth reading to ensure the harness fits properly.”

“Lovely fit, nice padding and very hard wearing. These are put through fields, bushed, mud, sea and swimming and last well. Best harness by far, and they cant wriggle out of it like seen with so many other competitors products”
