Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

“Initially very happy with the front harness. Both of my GSD s seemed to be comfortable. Always secured tight to my reactive 2year old GSD. Ended up in a situation where my GSD was distressed and she managed to do a Whodini and got out and away from me into a dangerous situation.”

Hello Mrs Johnson, Sorry to hear this has happened. We hope your furbaby is okay! Whilst these harnesses are fantastic, we would not recommend them for dogs who tend to escape. We do, however, have a section on our site that we call "Houdini Proof" which contains the harnesses that are better to prevent escaping. We can't guarantee this 100% as every dog is different, however, we have not experienced a situation in which a dog has slipped from these harnesses. The first recommendation I would make is to take a look at our Webmaster harness. With the Webmaster harness, it can be a little more difficult to get on and off your dog as this harness comes with a leg hole, unlike the other harnesses that we sell. The harness does also have 5 adjustment points allowing for an optimum fit and good security around the dog. The harness comes with an adjustable chest panel so you can move the harness back on the dog. This is often seen to be ideal with naturally skinny dogs such as whippets or greyhounds. One of the advantages of the harness is that it comes with a handle. The handle can be used for traffic control, restraining your dog or helping your doggo get in and out of a vehicle. I would also consider our Flagline harness. This harness is easier to put on as there is no leg hole for the dog. The harness goes on like the Front Range Harness does, over the head and under the belly. With the Flagline, there are 6 adjustment points to achieve the optimum security and fit for your furry friend. This harness also has a handle that can be used for the same purpose as the Webmaster harness. The difference between the Flagline and the Webmaster is that the Flagline offers full-body support as the harness supports the dogs complete belly. It does also have a debris-free lining, meaning if you ever go to the beach or somewhere with mud, the harnesses belly strap material prevents it from causing any rubbing on the dog's skin. It is a lightweight and flexible harness too! Both of these harnesses come with a choice of three colours with the Webmaster offering a Granite Grey, Red Currant and Blue Dusk whilst the Flagline offer a Granite Grey, Meltwater Teal and Red Rock colour.
