About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

Be assured we genuinely care, we are a small but experienced team and love to help.

Our Goal: Happy Customers with Delighted Dogs

The light itself is good, very bright and visible but the sliding clip mechanism is not very secure, using the clip to attach the light on my dog's collar, twice I've had the light detach from the clip as the small lever button used to slide and detach seems as if it's easily knocked and then the light just slips off the clip, luckily at night I was able to retrieve the flashing light and find it when walking outside, I've not tried attaching with the strap yet but notice the clip sliding mechanism and lever button looks the same on the strap so assume same thing may happen on the collar when my dog moves, I think possibly the lead clasp presses against small button on the light clip when dog walks at the point where the light is attached to collar and therefore the light simply slips off, probably wouldn't happen if you attach the light to a lead but I always attach to a collar. I think the little lever button has been designed badly and is located in the wrong place at the side where it can easily be knocked whilst on a dog's collar. Pity as the light and colours are otherwise great. Using it now only in garden at night as unfortunately I'm too worried about losing it again on walks in public places and that's what I needed it for :(
