Some benefits of MLP may go unnoticed to start with. These are the benefits that go on ‘under the hood’—the repairs, decreasing oxidative stress, reducing amyloid plaque build-up etc. These ones may go unnoticed for a while. But the benefits are cumulative, so they will build over time. Stick with it, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
P.s If you feel like you need a boost, the dosage can be increased to 4 per day if needed. You can always go back down to 2 once you start feeling it more consistently.

“A very good nootropic blend. My only issue is the cost per serving, especially since it is arguably slightly underdosed. This means that many people will use three capsules instead of two which drives the cost up even more. I have found it cheaper to just but the individual ingredients myself(at higher doses from reputable brands) and only buy the 4 month supply of this product when it is on sale. Still a great product!”
Hey Paul, thanks for the feedback. We appreciate your comments and we understand that the dose can be tailored to individual needs. Some people prefer to take a higher dose at the beginning, and then reduce it back to 2 capsules once they start feeling the benefits.
You absolutely can buy the ingredients separately. There may be one ingredient specifically that you feel you'd like more of. Mind Lab Pro can be stacked with other individual supplements. We chose the formula based on researched therapeutic doses, but some people will prefer to top it up.
We're all for you doing whatever works for you. Our aim with Mind Lab Pro was to take those individual supplements and combine them into one convenient formula. We aim to take the hassle out of sourcing those individual reputable brands, but it's great to hear that you're into your nootropics and are able to do that for yourself!

So while you still have your MLP, it may be worth testing to see if perhaps it's just one extra supplement you're needing to top it up, rather than forking out for all of the ingredients separately.

Hey Maryann, it's great to hear you had such a quick response to Mind Lab Pro. With some it can take up to 2 months before the benefits are felt, others say they feel the focus after a week.
I can see you're in Canada. We've had a lot of delays with Canada deliveries due to the postal strikes there. It's highly likely your parcel is caught up in that. It's a game-changer If you're learning a lot and getting through large volumes of emails, articles, videos, and podcasts. I've tried cheaper alternatives but feel Mind Lab Pro is more effective, safe and has science-backed ingredients. I typically consume it with coffee or tea while having breakfast and I'll only take a second capsule if I need it.
