Thanks for pointing out the calming aspect of Mind Lab Pro®. All of the ingredients will work together to help balance mood and anxiety but in particular, Lion’s Mane has been linked to a reduction in symptoms of anxiety. While L-theanine has been shown to inhibit the stress hormone cortisol.
