“Have not received my order at all. The goods were sent via Manchester to Kirkintilloch, i tracked it supposed to be returned to me as soon as possible. Order went in on Oct 22 it is now Nov 20 no sign of anything soI am not impressed with your service or The Post Offices new service. Has it been stolen ? Steph Gleadell.”
