“No problem with the delivery time. However, I normally wear size XL shirts, but ordered XXL based on the "pit to pit" measurements given on the website. However what arrived, although labelled XXL, was 2 1/2" narrower than the XL shirts I usually buy. I have sent 3 emails requesting the incorrectly sized shirts that I received are either exchanged or refunded. It has now been several weeks and I have still not received a reply. I have only given 1 star as I have found the customer service to be non-existent!”
