“Just bottled this and it was so nice I did what I never do, drank a bottle at bottling stage ie very very young. Its very good now, so should be fantastic when it ages.”

“This was my first 30 bottle kit so I was a little anxious - would it be nice or would I be stuck with 30 bottles of wine I didn't like. The instructions were easy to follow and Richard's videos on Youtube are great and take you through the whole process. It's really not difficult. I bottled the finished wine only about 10 days ago but already this is a very pleasant drink. It perhaps lacks a little of the nose of shop bought wines but the flavour is very nice. I'm interested to see how it will improve with age but I'd say it's certainly equivalent to a mid range shop wine and would have no hesitation in buying it again. The only dilemma now is whether to stick with one I know I like or try something else for the next batch. Happy brewing!”
