Excellent Wine. Really nice wine for a great price. Maturing very nicely Would definitely recommend. Will buy again

Always been a bit dubious of fermenting 23 litre wine kits. But this is an exception. The wine is a great taste and can compete with commercial equivalents. So pleased I chose this wine. Even the wife likes it which is saying something. Can't wait to try some others. Beats Beaverdale easily

After clearing, filtering and bottling, I was a little uncertain as this wine was more of a honey-yellow colour, which I'm unsure if this is normal in comparison to the normal lighter colour of shop-bough Pinot?? Upon bottling, the wine was very smooth but did lack flavour. 2 weeks post-bottling, the flavours are really coming through andI have stored a dozen bottles for maturing.. Overall I would recommend this wine as it was an absolute piece of cake to brew and clear, and is as good as anything on the supermarket shelves sub £8 per bottle.

Both my wife and I enjoy Pinot so given the chance to make our own, we couldn't resist. And we were not disappointed! It tastes as good as a five pound bottle from the shop but costs about £1.20! Must be left for as long as possible, we waited (painfully) three months. Worth the wait, just make loads!

This kit produces a great tasting Pinot Grigio.... it\'s very light and very drinkable. I wasn\'t overly impressed with the taste when it was originally bottled, but after a few months it was superb, so would highly recommend waiting for as long as you can before drinking.

This is a good kit. It does need a good amount of time to mature (4 weeks plus, longer if possible) so don't be put off if it doesn't taste good when young, just wait and enjoy!
