Did a 23l batch last summer and it was fantastic. I tried a Superior version late last autumn and it was not so good - quite acid and rather lacking in body (plus half the destructions were missing!) Go for the premium and forget the superior in this case at least. According to my trusty hydrometer the OG was 1085 and FG .995 so alcohol content was around 12% which is fine. Anything over 7% will keep BTW. I use a modified fridge with heater / cooler and can maintain + - 2 degrees around 20 and can drop to 1 degree or heat to 30 degrees. The result was a beautiful clear wine. pale coloured and very tasty.

Got this as part of the equipment kit. It was my first time brewing alcohol and it turned out rather well. Very simple and clear instructions. For fermentation kept it at a stable 23°C in a water bath with immersion heater (although, after some research, I'll try to lower the temperature closer to 20 next time I make white wine). It fermented rather quickly - about 3 days. Degassing took a whole day but I'm glad I put the extra effort into it. Clearing was a walk in the park. For that I kept it at around 14°C and it was done in another 3 days. The wine is very clear and completely still. I actually can't believe how well it turned out for my first try. The taste is very nice and fruity, although, considering it's still a young wine, it's still a bit watery/bland. The only issue I have with this (and I'm not certain everybody does), is the alcohol by volume in the end result. It only turned out to be 10% which is too weak for wine, in my opinion. Richard suggested adding 500g of sugar into the juice before the yeast goes in next time I make this. It should solve the problem and raise the alcohol content to an appropriate level. Overall, I'm one very happy customer and all my friends are also very happy about this kit.
