“Fermented 14 days in primary , stabilised & fined for five days. Bottled on day 19 . Was surprised at what a palatable wine it was ! Comparable to any supermarket wine . Would recommend .”

“It doesn\'t even need 4 weeks after bottling. It\'s good to go from day one and having shared it with many neighbours, they all agree. Really pleased with this Italian style offering. Pity it\'s out of stock just now but I\'ll be on to it like a bat outta hell when it\'s back!”
