“Superb Wineworks Premium Pieheimer White Wine Kit certainly tastes just like Piesporter Wine, I fermented right out for the ABV which meant it was a dry finish and simply took two litres of the cleared wine and dissolved one pound of sugar then returned it to the 23 litres I now had nearly 24 litres of medium piesporter tasting just like a shop bought but a fraction of the cost, It is now bottled and maturing ready for Christmas, all except two bottles to enjoy now, I just hope I can keep my hands off till Xmas???.
