“I decided to try this 6 bottle kit as my first go at sparkling wine. It took longer than expected to make ie 30 days as opposed to 14 for my usual wine works premium kit. I made it last January, given 2 bottles away as gifts, had one ourselves last month, and have one left. It is fabulous! Amazing ! I would have given it 6 stars, but disappointed it only made 4 bottles and not 5 or 6. Definitely a good substitute for Prosecco. I will make this again in time for Christmas.”
