Have made a couple of Superior Merlot brews and decided to try my hand at a white so went for the Australian character Chardonnay, glad to say I was pleasantly surprised with the results it was crystal clear with great colour and taste and a fair bit of body. What's not to like, think this maybe my go to white wine kit..

This is the first kit I have made. I was thinking it wouldn\'t taste that nice, but to my surprise it was absolutely spot on! I drunk this wine the same day bottling and it is as good as a £5 to £7 bottle of wine. Well impressed.

We are new to wine kits. Brewed my own years ago and it was hideous and time consuming. Put me off for years. I really wish I had tried again however as this wine is very good value. Very easy to make but follow instructions to a tee. As good if not better than most 5 or 6 quid bottles I have had over the last few years. Will be buying again to stock up for Christmas. Saved a fortune over the last few months. Can drink after weeks no problem. Sadly none left to keep.

Brewed this to 12%abv then turned most of it into a sparkling wine. Makes a great Prosecco clone

This was the first 'kit' we tried, purchased in November to be ready for the new year (did sneak a taste Christmas Day) Have just started to enjoy( 5th Jan), great taste easy to drink with a meal or on it's own, dry but not to dry. Will have again. Steve T. Worcester.
