A very tasty wine that was easy to brew. Definitely needs racking though to reduce sediment. This is the best rose’ I have ever tasted

Was a really nice wine but new recipe is too heavy and dark looking for pale replacement

This was my first kit and it really flatters. Really easy to follow instructions and the wine was drinkable very early. It's getting better over the weeks, though, so I'm holding the last few bottles and ordering another kit. Wouldn't want to run out!

I watched and learned from a few of Richard's YouTube videos, and thought I'd give this home brew malarkey a go. The 'Superior' pink Pinot Grigio was the first wine kit that I chose as part of my new starter equipment, destined for my wife's glass - she enjoys the blush we normally buy from the shops. After some minor trepidation and overzealous sterilising, I followed the very clear instructions to the letter. The end result was - it's all gone now - a crystal clear (at least, to the naked eye) blush that was very drinkable as good as or better than the usual shop bought wine costing a hefty bit more. As I said, that first batch has since disappeared, partly because a few were handed out to friends and family who also comment how good it looks and tastes. In my next order I tried a different Pinot Grigio - I must have ordered white by mistake and from the 'premium' range - can't remember now but it had different pack contents and didn't turn out pink, just the regular white wine colour - drinkable, but a bit too sweet for wife's liking. So it's back to this 'superior' version once again which is now on the go - the contents are exactly the same as my first batch, so hoping for same result as that very fine first brew.

I am now making my second batch as the first one went quite quickly bar the last gallon which is now in my cellar. I can't recommend this kit enough easy to follow instructions and a fantastic taste.

As I write this review my wife and I are currently fermenting our second batch of this excellent wine. It really is packed full of flavour which is remarked on by everyone that tastes it. It is a beautiful clear rose coloured wine and the finish is smooth and packed with flavour that some commercial bottles lack. The only problem to this wine is it is so nice you tend to drink too much of it so strong willpower is needed!
