“Really easy and quick to brew and clear. Although this is very red in colour compared to a traditional shop-bought blush, the flavours are really addictive. Following a week of bottling, all I can taste are raspberries and cantaloupe melon on a beautifully dry exceptionally easy drinking wine. A really pleasantly surprising result, I will absolutely brew another batch! Just watch the alcohol content as taste is deceiving, this wine packs a punch!!”

“Made this 1 year ago as wedding favors at our wedding. It was easy to make, Its appearance is superb. Great nose on it after 12 months of ageing in the bottle. Great flavors, would recommend.”
