“This is the 2nd kit I have brewed, I have to say this is a pretty special red. Far better than almost all wines I have bought from supermarket. Must be left for a month (if at all possible) to taste, longer the better as the taste just gets better. Cant see the wine hetting to 8 weeks so need to reorder!!”
